The warranty period for electronic cylinders and knobs is 12 months. The return of defective goods is carried out by a courier, the Seller compensates the Buyer for the confirmed costs of delivery of the defective goods after the Seller confirms the violation of the quality of the goods. The refund to the Buyer is carried out after the Seller confirms the violation of the quality of the goods, but no later than 21 calendar days after the actual receipt by the Seller of the returned goods. Refunds are made in the same way that the money was received by the Seller, unless otherwise agreed by the Buyer and the Seller.
Defective goods must be returned in a complete set. The exception is EVVA AirKey KeyCredits payment cards, which, if used, may be left out.
Within 14 (fourteen) days, without giving a reason, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the remotely drawn up contract of sale, informing the Seller about it. In this case, the Buyer independently and at her/his own expense returns the goods by courier to the address of the Seller. The product must be returned in a complete set, must not be damaged in any way (inter alia, the protective layer must not be removed from EVVA AirKey KeyCredits cards, otherwise the Buyer will be charged EUR 10 for each KeyCredits card), the packaging must be intact. The Seller returns the money to the Buyer within 14 calendar days after the actual receipt of the returned goods. In the event of a return of a quality product, the Buyer cannot claim a refund for the services actually rendered (for separately paid delivery and set-up). If the Buyer returns the Goods incomplete or damaged, the money for the purchase is not returned, and the Goods are sent back to the Buyer. In case of mutual consent of the Seller and the Buyer, a partial refund may be made for the returned damaged or incomplete Goods.
